Hello everyone, need some help again. It's been 2 weeks already since our petition was handed to the USEM and i haven't receive that LETTER or Packet 3,whatever they call it. So, my fiance decided to call the USEM and set up an interview for me instead. We already have a schedule for my interview and they sent an email confirmation for my upcoming interview in my email. The question is...Can i have the medical without that letter/packet3 in hand? and Can i also enter the USEM by the time of my interview without that letter/packet3? As most of what i read is that the guard at USEM ask for the letter/packet3.

Thanks guys!

There isn't any "packet 3" anymore.

Follow these instructions

http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfk1en.pdf

Do your medical ASAP.

You only need your MNL # NOA2 approval notice and your passport for the medical. Plus $213.35 in pesos, 2 ballpens and 3 PP pictures.

Go Tueday thru thurdays after 1 PM.

We have the medical for January 7th and the interview for January 19th. Hope this isn't a problem getting into St. Lukes. I need to call them.

My wife did her medical 1 1/2 months early. There's NO problem going early. Helps going early if something like a sputum test is required.

Do what you want tho. It's your trip.
