I was only going for a year possibly. My daughter and our relationship is absolutely none of your concern. ANd, if I want it to be your concern, I willbe sure to make it your concern. We have a GREAT relationship, so if her mother wanted to go there for a year thats fine with her. You know it would appear that vj is a place that 'anyone' can post a question. Doesnt matter how many times a person posts it or phrases it... we have the right to ask.. And Im going to utilize my constitutional right and post it. So hey... you want some entertainment Im here... you want to answer a question Im here... But dont continue to stain vj with your presence and stink the place up ok? You think Im the only one that feels this was about many ppls abuse on here? Im not. This is not directed at just soley you chica whoever you are.. this is directed at all who feel its to hard to answer a question, for those who love to stir things up.. for those who are tired of the whining... if your so tired of it get a life and leave...for those you jab at gramatical errors of posts... if you dont like it leave... or post on the other sites you so like to talk about other people from vj on.

And for those who kindly answered my questions, 'thank you'. Thank you for explaining to me., and we are waiting it out. He never received a 221 or any paper but what advised we are in AP, and we're just going to wait it out and see what happened.

Just as you have the right to post as many questions as much as you want, this IS a private website and everyone has the right to post their answers as many times as they wish too... Are some people here harsh and "pot-stirr-er-uppers", yes, but so are people in the real world.... And there are many people in this world who's sole enjoyment is to ruffle others feathers... and apparantly it worked... But sometimes it gets ya to think... But the basis of the advice was fundamentally sound...

In judging from your past posts (which not know you, that is all I have to go on) I would venture to guess that you tend to be impulsive and impatient. Unfortunatly, those traits are not the most helpful when dealing with the govt. bureaucracy. Immigration is a right, not a privledge and there are checks in place (regardless of how stupid they seem sometimes) that must be followed. Unfortunatly, in this world we live in today, AP is a fact of life, especially for countrys and areas of the world that have had a history of extremists with intent to do harm to Americans. There is no short cuts or ways to rush the system... It is like a flooding river... you try to cross at one street and the road is blocked so you drive to another bridge... but that one is probably blocked too... So you have done a lot of running around and are still on the same side... You have to wait for the water to recede to cross, thats the only solution... So you have to just wait out the AP, whether you do that at the K1 stage or run around and file again the CR1/K3.. you will still be blocked and have to cross the river...

I am glad you have decided to wait it out... But as far as concerns for your child, there are many here who are parents and of course a first thought goes out to the effects of such changes on children, especially when you think of your own and how such a rash move would effect them... I know for many, bringing up this fact was not necessarily to be nosy, but to perhaps bring up an issue you did not give enough thought to? But it seems that your more practical side has won out and that is good. For now, you just have to put on your patience face and wait it out... Sorry, but that is just the facts right now. Its' good to explore your options, however they all seem to lead to the same point right now...

This most certainly a place where you can post questions. But when you are freaking out because you SO is in AP, and you post several threads asking the same question, and everyone keeps giving you the same advice, what do you expect? So expect people to get annoyed with it. So many people on this site have so much experience and knowledge to share. They don't mind sharing it. But when you see people freaking out that they have to undergo AP, which is extremely normal, they are going to end up throwing their hands up. What do you expect? It's like a child on a road trip chanting "are we there yet, are we there yet, are we there yet?"

lol... No.. No I dont normally say the 'b' word... but dang it all I thought it was appropriate in this time! No.. I did not mind at all people telling me there thoughts, or to calm down. That was never an issue. Its when people tell u there thoughts and be insulting at the same time that piss me off. Theres not reason for it! We're all in the same boat but dang... some ppl just want to trample other ppl and push ya out! lol Alot of ppls peoples opinion I do value.. but some I dont value one bit.
