I was wondering, in the column about my foreign fiance (he is Canadian, wanting to move to the USA), is it okay to leave #8 and 9 empty? He obviously doesn't have a United States Social Security number, and as far as we know nothing of an A#...

Also, on number 18, my answer was "My fiance flew from his home in Canada to visit me in Kansas, USA on July 24th, 2009. He stayed with me at my home for five weeks. This was our first meeting in person." Is that an acceptable answer?

Thanks very much!

Blank is not good - could be interpreted as you having forgotten to answer the question. If never had a SS#/Card, you could write "None" - if not sure he ever had an A#, "Unknown" might be appropriate.

Sounds pretty short, sweet, and to the point to me (a good thing) and if you can produce a boarding pass (or similar supporting evidence) to back that up, all the better.

Put None on 8 & 9 and your decription is perfect.
