Your household is two - you and the immigrant.

Ow ok duh lol. So i have to include a copy of his and my birth certifcate too?

And also for the I-864EZ

It says i have to meet this three to use it

processing.

Part 1. Qualifying to Use Form I-864EZ.

Check "Yes" if you are the petitioner who is filing or who

has already filed Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative;

Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance(e); Form I-600,

Petition to Classify Orphan as an Immediate Relative; or

Form I-600A, Application for Advance Processing of

Orphan Petition.

a.

Check "Yes" if you are using only your own earned or

retirement income that can be documented with an IRS

Form W-2. If you are self-employed, you must check

"No" to the question and you cannot use Form I-864EZ.

b.

The term "immigrating with" in this statement means "on

the same visa petition". Thus, if the person you are

sponsoring is an immediate relative (spouse, child, or

certain parents of U.S. citizens), you can automatically

check "Yes" for this box because every immediate relative

has his or her own visa petition. If the person you are

sponsoring is a family-based preference immigrant, and

the family members listed on the same visa petition are

immigrating with or within 6 months of the sponsored

immigrant, you must check

I can say yes to 1 and C but A I dont think so right? Cuz i dont work.

There is no reason why you would include his birth certificate with the I864.

You do qualify for the EZ because the EZ is for those using solely income (even if you're unemployed). You would use the regular I864 if you were using assets to qualify.

But i am using a Co-sponser. Dose that make a deffrince? So i can use the EZ and the sponser fills out the regular I-846.

Thank you so much again you are a great help! I was getting realy upset about this, but it looks easy now.

Your household size is whoever is claimed as dependents on your tax returns. Basically, people you are financially responsible for. Old parents. Kids.

In my case, even though my husband is currently living at his parent's place to save up on rent, his household size is 2. Him and me. He files his own taxes.

Ow Im not finalncially responsible for nobody. Thanks again for your help.

ya, legally :D

you , and your husband - count=2

Hey - maybe practice a bit? fill out the forms 4 or 5 times, with a pen, with the printed instructions in front of you - turn OFF the computer for a bit, sit in comfy chair with a bright light, some soft music in the background ...

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yep, he only fills out the I864 and you do include them in the same package. Don't staple them together, though. Yes - only one AOS fee bill.

uh - wednesday? he's not sending it out 'by itself', right?

you're bundling YOURS with HIS, right? all together, same envelope, yes?

If not, is possibility to get 'lost'.

as for 'practice' - I mean - exactly that - PRACTICE. Print out the form to paper, along with the intructions, go sit in a comfy chair with a bright light, turn off the computer, and PRACTICE filling out the form.

When you get stuck, refer to the instructions.

When yer still stuck, circle the question and move on to the next question.

and so on, until you get to the end of the form.

If this makes no sense to you, perhaps ask your parents to sit down with you, instead, and help you to do it?
