So from my calculations I have passed the following number of days:

109 DAYS

78 BUSINESS DAYS

I beleive the original said between 80-120 days! When do I start ranting to them or when (if there is a when) should I expect to hear anything else?

Last time touched: 7/13

CSC Received RFE: 7/5

You are in same boat as alot of us. It appears that CSC is using the IMBRA RFE received date to process all petitions (no absolute confirmation on that yet). Ranting and raving to CSC will accomplish nothing, however if it makes you feel better there are alot of us sitting here stewing also.

Suggest you contact your congressman and rant to them using official request available on their websites. Although for the IMBRA people it hasnt had any effect.

When can you expect approval, your guess is as good as anyones.

We are all pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That really sucks (like I am telling you anything you didnt already know). From your timeline it appears that it just got to CSC on the 14th of June and that it was sent to wrong place originally. I would contact congressman again to try and get them to move it to top of stack as was their fault. Now having said that, I have no idea if that will help. There were a couple of NOA2s that came out in last couple of weeks from around your timeline, so maybe they are working on it already.

Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of CSC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since none of us really know when CSC is going to get the ball rolling, I started a poll so we can make our own predictions. Take the CSC K1 approval challenge. When do you believe CSC will begin approving K1 petition, let's take it to the polls...

If you get 30 days past your maximum stated processing time supposedly CSC will take your rant seriously but not before that. However I would expect them to just read your case status to you and then state that you should see something in the mail from them whenever they get around to it.

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.

You are right in there with us, and you still have hope that government efficiency will improve? You are the eternal optimist!!!!! Oh by the way, tests have conclusively proven that the government does not have a heart, it operates on paperwork and crossing the "T"s and dotting the "i"s only.
