minya i wanna write a statement about the emotional absuse...because that was the reason why i left him and i wanna explain USCI why my marriage failed...the affidavits are from friends who witness everything...that it was not my fault that the marriage failed and that i tried to get him to an counselor and so on....for my perpective its importend that they know FIRST that i entered in good faith (sure i bring evidence for that) and Second why i left...sorry when i wrote confused stuff..iam a little bit over the edge with all right now..

goldfee, did these friends witness the actual abuse? If so, they're free to write about it...but if they were not present when your husband abused you, then their mention of any abuse is hearsay, and should be kept out of their letters.

a letter such as the one you propose to write is not expressly requested as part of the I-751, but if you feel that it is needed, by all means do include it.

yes this people actually saw how he acted and treated me ....they so also the bruses after the attack..and i ran not in the kitchen cabins*g
