8AM Interview in London - What time to arrive?

In Jan I have an 8AM interview in London for my K1 visa. I will be staying in a hotel the night before as I am flying from Belfast. I am just wondering what time I should arrive at the embassy on the morning of the interview?

If it is dry about 7.30 if it is raining, snowing or freezing cold I'd get there about 7.45. You will be standing out in the open waiting to get in so if the weather is bad how much do you want to suffer.

My appointment was for 9am Nov 30th. I arrived at the Embassy at 8.10am and they let me wait. It took a good 30 mins to get thru the line outside and then another 5 to get thru security. It was of course freezing outside and pouring with rain and as much as I didn't want to wait outside in it there were few other places I felt like going at that point and would still have had to wait outside for probably the same amount of time if I'd arrived at 8.30 or 8.45am.

I'm in almost the same position, but on the day before. My interviews at 9am and I've also gotta fly in from Belfast, i'm thinking about phoning them and asking for a different appointment time more around 1030 so I can fly in and out on same day, same as the medical. I'm not that bothered if it means changing the day, I'll prob give that a go tomorrow and see how it turns out.

My interview was at 9am & I got there at 7.30am. They let me in & I got the 3rd ticket so didn't have to wait too long. Just get there as early as possible. Good luck

Mine was at 8am and I got there at 7:45am.... I ended up waiting 5 hours for my interview.
