It's been 3 weeks since I received the NoA2 from USCIS (11/20/09) so I called the automated line today and they've already assigned a case number so I'm wondering if I can go ahead and at least send in our DS-3032s and maybe the AOS.

Any help from anyone who has been through this part already would be appreciated. Is there anything else I can send in at this point?

have you called and given them you email addresses? it makes things so much faster because they will give you a barcode so they can locate your files easier.

Note - you must call NVC, get a human, for my process to work (Thank You Wyatt's Torch for the blow-by-blow ).

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I've been calling the nvc several times a day and the line is always busy and never picks up. Did anybody else have this problem?
