From Israel to Lebanon

This is terrible. Showing late abortion pictures from the operating room for war casualties!

See the difference? Israeli kids are writing on the artillery shells in English too!

This is a double standard. We've seen images of Muslim children dressed as suicide bombers, holding Kalashnikovs, and cheering on the death of Americans and Israelis (Blackwater contractors, pizza parlor customers, etc.) for years. Why the hell should writing on missiles be a big deal to you people? Sure it's disturbing, but far less than the previous images described, and neither the media nor bloggers raise any hooplah about those. Yet more propaganda, like the NYT images SOLELY of Lebanese suffering.

Good to see the kids writing the messages on the bombs, hopefully the last thing the jihadist hezbollah scum will see before they die is a star of david and the "from Isreal with love" written next to it.

When the Israelis kill children it's an accident, Hamas and Hezbollah intend to kill children. That's the difference that you people ignore.

I don't think anyone will argue that the result isn't basically the same. Dead is dead. The guy who's house is blown up and relatives killed, (whether by accident or design) probably doesn't care too much outside of the fact that he doesn't have a house anymore and that he is missing several family members.

Again 9/11 only changed perceptions for the US. This is business as usual in the middle-east - none of this stuff is justifiable, whoever is doing it.

Why do we only get pictures/footage of the missiles falling on Lebanon? Is there no footage of the damage that Hezbollah rockets have done? Have I missed it?

Yeah right, this is something I really want to be teaching my kids. More than likely, it'll be some poor Lebanese kid that'll see the message.

One wonders where they learned this 'message writing' from? The Americans.

No - but there's a definite imbalance of casualties on the Israeli side compared with the Lebanese. Several hundred vs a couple dozen. Civilians that is.

No - but there's a definite imbalance of casualties on the Israeli side compared with the Lebanese. Several hundred vs a couple dozen. Civilians that is.

Because there is no magic bullet that can kill only the terrorists hiding behind civilians.
