Is it just me, or has incanada mellowed out? I mean, she still posts inflammatory rhetoric, but it's more like charcoal lighter fluid inflammatory rather than nitroglycerin inflammatory.

she's getting old :P

Heaven is beyound the Human brain's comprihention on earth. Here we are materialistic, jealous, self obsessed people.

There is no fatigue in heaven, there is no anger, there is no hate, there is no jelousy. Heaven is explained the way we can understand it. You have to look at it matephorical not literal. It is a combination of Spiritual and physical. I believe it is complete happiness within ourselves.

I agree with you, things like heaven or God's will are incomprehensible. That is, our puny minds cannot understand them. Trying to imagine heaven gets me all confused. For example, if we're happy in heaven all the time, wouldn't it get boring? Wouldn't that show that it's not heaven? One way I find happiness is through solving problems. Does heaven give us problems to solve? It should be perfect, right?

I've been backpacking many times in my life, and the most memorable trips are the ones where things have gone wrong. I can readily describe the time we followed an unmaintained trail on a 20+ year old map, or when the thunderstorm dumped hail on us for an hour. But the trips where we didn't get lost, the weather was fine, the hiking good, I don't remember them too well. Is heaven like my "perfect" backpack trips? Can things go wrong in heaven, so we get satisfaction out of correcting them?

Eh, like I said, this gets me all confused. We shouldn't worry so much about what the afterlife is like, we should do our best to make this life as good as possible for ourselves, for our familes, for our friends, and for our neighbors. Enough with war and hatred and retribution and indiscriminate rockets and precision bombing. Live your life as best you can and God will take care of you later. I can definately believe in that.

Speaking of martyring....ok, so when muslim men die for Allah, they get 72 virgins right? So my question is - what do the women martyrs get? Can women be martyrs? Why would a woman want 72 virgin men? What a drag!

Hahahaha , sorry that kinda made me laugh when I read that. I heard that the arab language in the Quaran or Karan for the 72 virgins was translated wrong and what it really means is 72 WHITE GRAPES .... lol

Think you could maybe make one glass of wine out of those grapes?

Actually, there's a river of wine. I was reading something talking about what the Koran says about heaven ("paradise") and it said there are four rivers, one of milk, one of pure cold water, one of wine, and one other I can't remember. It also said the wine would leave the tippler refreshed with his head clear and alert. Maybe it's like Star Trek's synthehol?
