Hi Dan-Dan

1. Write it out as is, ie. Port Maria, St. Mary, Jamaica

2. Yes, if no middle name leave blank.

3. & 4. Not needed with the submission of I-129f. Gather information for once your petition is approved. Will be needed for interview.

Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Hi Dens :)

The 129-F instructions specifically say not to leave any blank fields:

3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. State that an item is not applicable with "N/A." If the answer is none, write "none."

I'm soooo happy that I found this site!! you guys are the best, All the information needed is on the site...

Dens Wifey,

I am so excited for you and your upcoming interview, I see that you are going to JA for the interview. Is that a necessary process or in support of your SO? I have read in so many post that both SO's appear for interview and others go it alone.

I have noticed that a lot of you have had to contact the us embassy to check stats is that a normal process in this journey?

Yes, I am going to the interview in January but its not required. I'm going in support and just in case there are any questions or concerns we can address them right then and there. Yes, contact the Embassy and follow up, stay on them. We never received Package 3. We ended up getting forms off the DOS site. My SO got Package 4 today via snail mail so we just need to schedule his medical. As others have stated, once you get your NOA2 and in preparation for your interview, your SO will need to get his police record, non-impediment form, and try to locate his immunization record, if possible!
