I am filling in the form I-864 and I was wondering if someone can tell me what to put on Part 3 number 8.

" I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above."

Do I pick yes?

Is there a form example for I-864 for someone filling for their spouse? I am so confused with this form. Also would anyone be able to tell me if there's a sample form for my joint sponsor to compare?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE TO WHOMEVER CAN HELP US !!!!

hi!

On my case I did not answer either one because it's stating for joint sponsor. I filed for my Mom and my husband was my co-sponsor. And there's no problem of my I-864.Please call NVC and ask about it and that will help also.
