AOS and Evidence Concern

My fiance and I have all of the proper evidence for filing for AOS and proving we have a bonafide relationship (soon to be marriage) . For example : Chat Logs, Pictures, Emails, Receipts from vacations, as well as our flight information together etc etc. However, since we are not married as of yet we do not have joint bank accounts, shared credit cards, or have any kind of lease together.

I am concerned that once we get everything changed over into joint accounts/addresses AFTERwe are married, it will not be enough time on record to be considered "enough evidence"? Should I be concerned about this length of time since we are going to file for AOS immediately after we complete the marriage?

nope, you can bring all that documentation in case they need it during the interview which will be after you file for AOS...

I wouldn't worry too much. It seems that there is a lot to do, but believe me, you will have enough time to build evidence.

As Newlyweds I don't think they expect too much. My hubby and I filed 10 days after our wedding - we got affidavits from friends and family - you could do that too. Plus he added me to one credit card before we were married (in maiden name) another after we married. We had pics and all that stuff... Plus we set up a joint account and had the bank write a letter saying we'd come into open a joint account - date etc...

You dont have to worry. If you are going to live togethe just bring a lease and one bill for the interview. They understand that you cant have much documentation if you have just got married.
