trying to download the form, I-751,

One on USCIS website, the expired date is 10/31/09. Is this form still good?

do you all know the unexpired form? or is this good? Please advise

There are other threads on this - yes - if it is the form on their website, it is fine. It has an expiry date on the top (10/31/09) and then a last reviewed date (8/25/08) on the bottom.

They even have a note on their site saying:

Note on Expiration Date:

Please note that USCIS is currently accepting the 08/25/2008 version of Form I-751. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is still reviewing our request for an extension of this form. We will post the form with the new expiration date once OMB approves it.
