hi fellow vj's !

im just new here and i just found out this site through one of my friend. anyway im here coz i want to consult something about my problem now. this is my story goes... i married a usc last year and my hubby file a cr1 for me and our case were on nvc already and waiting to my husband to pay an iv bill and to pass his requirments to the nvc. as the process goes through, my husabnd told me he is in finacial crisis now, and then for me i thought we just talk about it already and it was ok thats what i thought? and then yesterday i talked to him on the phone, and then i ask him why he is not answering all my messages in ym and my calls on the phone and ask him if he was ok, then he just keep silent, and then ask him again what's the problem and that's what he answered he said he is in finacial crisis and he cant get us here at this year and maybe he said it takes 2 or 3 more years before he get us here, and i said it just ok we can wait me and our son. and then he said to me we better off!!!?? that was shocked me! and i ask him ok if u want to get a annulment its just ok for me, my question is about our son, what im gonna do for my son's security he is a son of a usc snd were not yet done applying for his crba? because his paperwork is on his father and he havent send it back to me yet for me to fill it here in the us embassy here in manila. pls.. help me what to do i just want ta secure my son's future! i dont care anymore to go the states in be with him! i just rather stay here in the philippines forever rather goin to states have a miserable life with him! hope u can help me what to do. thanks to all of u guy's in-advance.... if u want more clarifications about this matter just pm me or send me a message thanks and Godbless us all!!

If your son already register in US embassy or get a birth certificate, your son will be automatically or eligible as a USC. Does your son birth certificate have your husband's name on it and register that the father is USC, if it does you can try to go to US embassy and get the birth certificate

10/05/09 - I-485, I-131, I-765 package sent

10/14/09 - Received NOA 1

10/16/09 - Check cashed by INS

still waiting for biometric

11/16/09 - Called INS customer service for service request on biometric appt

11/20/09 - Received biometric appt (Finally) notice date 11/3/09, sent on 11/18/09

11/23/09 - Walked in Biometric Appt in ASC Pomona, CA (scheduled for 12/3/09)

11/23/09 - I-485 & I-765 touched, No update on I-131 :(

11/24/09 - Received e-mail of approval notice on I-131, EAD card ordered, I-485 touched

11/25/09 - I-131 & I-765 touched

11/26/09 - I-131 touched

11/27/09 - I-131 touched

11/27/09 - Received another biometric appt letter for 12/3/09

11/28/09 - Received AP document in the mail

12/01/09 - I-765 touched, received e-mail I-765 approved

12/02/09 - I-765 touched

12/05/09 - Received Interview notification on 01/06/10

12/10/09 - Received e-mail I-765 card undelivarable :(

12/11/09 - Called USCIS, service request was placed (hope to get the EAD soon)

12/14/09 - Received e-mail, EAD card was re-send

12/16/09 - Received EAD card on hand

01/06/10 - GC approved YAY!!!!

01/19/10 - Received GC in the mail
