by the way even i m still waiting for the approve of the I-130 form can i call the NVC to get advise or if there is a problem in the process that we have ?

why would you call NVC if your I 130 is at USCIS?? only the petitionary can call USCIS

is there a schedule that i know how to filling my timeline and when i will receive my approval?????

By the way if i waited 6 months then there is no answer or email about our approval and i have to call them then are they going to say me the same thing that i have to wait #######!! i already waited 6 months why i still should wait ???

As i see you also did not wait for 6 months i think your I-130 approved within 3 months so why i still have to wait 6 months i m so sorry if i disturb you guys keep asking but i m going crazy after we got the receipt number there is no mail, no text msg, or email,

You might have to wait up to 5-6 months till you can call in but some people have to go through that.

Cases are approved at different rates, we can not change it, all we can do is try to be patient and calm.

Just think about the outcome at the end of this process.

If you've got your NOA2 hard copy then USCIS' job is done, and they'll forward everything to the NVC and won't have any further records of the case.

Call the NVC and get your case number. Give that to one of their operators and give them your email addresses. You can use your NVC case number in their automated voice system to get updates on the case.

After this touch I checked the case progress...Its still says in Initial Review....Is it normal...Even for u guys it was like that....

Congrats to those who received their NOA2 approvals !! Good stuff. I'm glad CSC is moving along nicely. It may be ambitious and optimistic, but I believe CSC can clear all of the Dec filers and start with Jan filers within March.

There is no function with the NVC to check your case online. You need to call them and enter your NVC Case number into their voice system. Signing up with the USCIS now is a waste of time because once they've sent your case to the NVC the have nothing more to do with it.

603-334-0700 is the NVC number, to start with call and enter your USCIS case number, and as long as NVC has received the case you'll be able to get your NVC case number. Once you've got it, speak to an operator and give them your email addresses so they can email you information/bills.

When you want to check the NVC case status, call them, enter your NVC case number and it will give you an automated response based on your status.

Yeah, I think in most cases you do. I'm waiting for my hard copy, but tried calling the NVC to get a case number, and they haven't received it yet.
