Good news for December people! ANother one down :D received an E-mail and text message from USCIS today saying they sent my approval letter home.

:thumbs: Congratulations, we are happy for you, we are still waiting for our approval though, hoping it will be soon, most of the Dec 09 filers are getting approved, we sent it on 11/30/09, and we got the first NOA on 12/07/09.

Woohooo! I received e-mail and text message from USCIS tonight. We just got approved....no touches and no RFE's (thanks to the fine folks here on VISA journey!). Off to NVC now.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Hello

I sent our forms which I-130 on the november and we got a receipt number on the 4th december but after that there is nothing like an email or letter and it has been 3 months now that we got receipt number from the USCIS

do we still have to wait ?
