Sent mine Tuesday Dec 15, it arrived in Chicago today Dec 17.

Hoping to get a NOA1 before the end of the month! :thumbs: Even praying for a NOA 2 in Jan hehe :yes:

i received my notice of action (noa1???) :blink:

the notice date is Dec. 11, received dec 8. pretty quick?? i am not sure what day it got to my house. i found it in my mail maybe a day or two after it arrived. ^_^

is the RECEIPT NUMBER our case number? or will we get a number later? :bonk:

another weird thing is that i sent it to chicago and it was sent to me from chicago, but they used an envelope with the california service center address. did everyone else get that same sort of envelope? :huh:

great! i checked it on the department of homeland security site, but they just have a basic status that shows you it is being background checked. yawn!

hey at least you have a status....mine was stuck in the second dot for 3 weeks while i had an RFE out there that I had to call on...but I'm military and tried to expedite my case.

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Go to www.uscis.com.....on the left side of the screen there will be a check my case status..it will open up a new window and then you put your WAC receipt number in there. You can also sign up for email updates on there too.

received my NOA1 by text message right now! They said official receipt notice to follow in mail

Love how its going, they received it Thursday Dec 17, got this 3 business days later Tuesday Dec 22! :-)

Hi All,

Good to start a topic for Dec 2009 fillers. I am interested to add our case in this topic too. Got married on Sept 14 2009, Wife goneback to US on Nov 16 2009. I-130 Petition sent to Chicago lock box on Nov 23 2009 and it reached CSC on Dec 1 2009. Got our NOA1 on Dec 7 2009 (Glad to get our case no). I-129F sent on Dec 17 2009 and got our NOA1 for I-129F on Dec 28 2009.

Hope all our cases will be processed soon.....

2010-01-04: package arrived at USCIS

2010-01-12: NOA1 arrived Case sent to CSC

2010-03-22: NOA2 approval email and letter recieved

2010-03-24: called NVC got NVC#

2010-03-26: NVC message verified paperwork sent on the 25th

2010-03-29: Got email from NVC and paid AOS fee.

2010-04-01: AOS fee shows paid, and receive and paid IV Bill

2010-04-05: IV bill shows paid and NVC mailed packet

2010-05-06: AVR stated recieved I-864
