hi guys

Can anyone can check my timeline and help me how long i have to wait more??? everybody got the approval of I-130 even some people got approved too who sent I-130 later than me but except me

do i have to wait longgg ....

Hello KdRjN, we are in th same situation, we are still waiting on our NOA2, its frustrating but we need to keep the faith, is not easy, but that is why we are here, to support each other in this journey, I am pretty sure we will get it in April, that is for sure, hang in there, don´t loose the faith.

I have paid both bills. Will they now send me info about doing the DS-230 or will I just go online to get that info. Now that both bills have been paid whats next?

As long as they're showing as paid on the payment portal you can get the DS-230 onlline and fill it out, and send it with the biographical documents to the address on the cover sheet you need to print from the portal.

Not really we still waiting for the NOA2 and there are some people also waiting we are december filers too as well

You should book an infopass appointment and talk to USCIS officer at your local USCIS office.

Also, try to call USCIS customer service number and when you get approached by LIVE operator, request him/her to put you through USCIS officer.

As per the USCIS timelines, it takes 5 months for them to arrive at the decision of I-130 petition. Mine was approved in 4 months.

But don't wait for 5 months timeline and try to initiate your inquiry process.

You should also try to talk to your senator, if nothing works out from USCIS end.

We know that must of you fello VJ´s are almost done, but let me tell you all, we are the happiest couple, we received the e-mail confirming that the I-130 is approved, we were skyping and we decided to check, and OMG!!!! it was great, we were out of breath, it took 147 days to approve it, we are going to try to fly thru the NVC and have a June or July interview. Thank all for your support. God bless you all
