Today i checked the page of USCIS about my receipt number also the update in my account or check my case

whatever u calling it .But there is no update since 12.10.2009 to untill now is that normal bec i m still waiting for my I-130 approve

i got the email for my AOS bill and the agent forms!!! but what is the BEST thing to do with this??

for the agent, HE has to MAIL it to the NVC??? from the country abroad?? i cannot do it for him??? you cannot email that form at all to the NVC???

for AOS, just pay online, then, once the money says paid, new instructions will be given to you????

our lawyer told us to wait two weeks for our visa to be sent to the nvc.

so again im not so patiently waiting......

Touched - 03/11/2010. After 3 months from NOA1, our status has been updated! Hope it gets approved soon.

I called the Uscis office and put my receipt number on it but there is a record voice and telling me the same things as always we did not get any update since 12.10.2009 and still keep waiting i thought if something wrong they will send us a request what they need.I was hoping i will get NAO2 early on march but there is nothing yet...

So many people applied the forms I-130 after then me but they got touch or got NOA2 how come is it ?

Also i made a timeline it says untill march 15 i should get the Noa2 but its already has been march 12

I dont know what to do else than wait....

I sent my forms in on December 8th, Tuesday they arrived in Chicago. Have not yet received the confirmation letter yet.

hang in there guys! the speed of your petition will vary depending on what processing center it went to and if you have to submit any extra documents!!

it seems the california center is probably faster right now!

My husband just filled out the form & signed, scanned, and emailed to NVC from his email address we gave NVC. They accepted it and we got the IV bill 2 days later.

Make sure you include your NVC Case #, petitioner's name & DOB, and beneficiary name & DOB in your email.

Dec. 2, 2009 - I-130 delivered at 9:52 AM and item was signed for by L BOX

Dec. 8, 2009 - Check cashed/cleared

Dec. 9, 2009 - NOA1 receipt date

Dec. 11, 2009 - NOA1 hardcopy received thru mail

Mar. 11, 2010 - Touched

Mar. 11, 2010 - NOA2 Approved

Although the CSC is processing petitions fairly fast, some may take longer than others and until you've been waiting for more than the 5 month time frame they give for processing, unfortunately there's nothing you can really do but wait.
