I sent my forms in on December 8th, Tuesday they arrived in Chicago. Have not yet received the confirmation letter yet.

Thanks for starting a Topic, i was hanging on the November topic in the mean time.

I sent my I-130 package on 11/25/2009

and received NOA1 with date 12/02/2009

So that means I am considered a December filer I guess.

As a frame of reference for future dec filers i sent my package to chicago lockbox from nj via priority mail with USPS, and received my NOA1 from CSC exactly 1 week and 5 days afterwards.

Mine should be sent off on Monday Dec 14 (I'll be sending by priority USPS so takes 2days to Chicago), I prob have 300 pages of evidence :whistle: phone records, emails, skype chats, gmail chats, emails between him and my parents and siblings, and pictures (think I'll leave this at 20), plus 2 notarized letters from my mom and my sister, stamps of my entries to Ireland, flight itineraries printouts.

I'm praying that his is all done by the end of July 2010 :dance:

Canadiandggal it can't be far!

by the way people i recently discovered "Igor's list" I had not used the tool before but it is very handy!

According to the list about 50% of September I-130 cases in california already have their NOA2.. So my guess is that if things don't change we are going to start seeing NOA2's for CSC december people around march!

the only downfall is that people need to keep the timelines up to date and not everyone is good with that.

I got My Noa1's today!! Yay,!!!Happy Happy Happy.

Confirmed being in Dec Group as My Noa1 Says Received Nov 27th. Notice Date Dec 3rd.

It took them over a week to cash the checks :) and today got noa1's so two weeks in total from sent out to receiving Noa's

good luck everyone :) :)

i send on 06 december delivered on 8th December, check is not yet cash any body have idea how long it will take.

Mine was sent Nov 24th, They cashed The check Dec 4th.

I would go with the Cr-1 but that is just my opinion, I have a little boy which is why I picked the Cr-1/Cr-2 Seemed like the better way to go. It all really would depend on your situation.
