I apologize if this has been addressed before.

I am concerned about my wife's address. Currently she lives with her Parents in their house in the Philippines.

It is a house on a street, surrounded by other houses, but for some reason there is no house number

or address registered with their postal system. When I send her something, I have to send it to her Fathers work or her work.

Her address seems to consist of a street or an area name, the city, country, code. No number address.

I am worried about this because this is the address she has listed on our marriage contract and all the forms we are filling out

like the G-325a, ect.

Will this be a problem? I think the NSO needs an address they can send her forms too. Is it ok to list another address as where to send forms?

Should she open a post office box?

This has had to have come up before.

Another question ..about the I-130

21. If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together. (Include street, city, province, if any, and country)

We have never lived together. I have only visited her. How should I answer this?

Next question about the Evidence of a Bonifide Marriage step by step guide on this web site..

5. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties havingpersonal knowledge of the bona fides of the maritalrelationship (Each affidavit must contain the full nameand address, date and place of birth of the person makingthe affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner ofbeneficiary, if any, and complete information and detailsexplaining how the person acquired his or herknowledge of your marriage); or

6. Any other relevant documentation to establish that thereis an ongoing marital union.

When I send in my I-139 Package to the USCIS, all we have really is our marriage contract., no common residence or joint ownership.

Do I need to send any other evidence in? Is out Marriage Contract enough? Do I need to send in pictures of our wedding, chat transcripts, Phone bills,

Ect?

Thanks

Mark

another question(s) about her G-325a. *Current PDF - typed and signed form*

I know the employment history needs to go back five years..

She has her last three jobs listed including her current job. That is all the jobs she has had. Before that was school.

She started working in 06' and also there is a one month gap between her current job and the last.

Is this an issue? Does she need to show "unemployed" between that time? Do they even check this stuff?

also, on the question about previous marriages.... She has never been married before so it was left blank.

It says: "If none, so state" Will this be a problem? Can N/A be hand written in there and in initialed?

I am asking these because I have her four signed copies in my hand and ready to send off, but I think she may need to

redo them and send to me again...

Thanks
