Sending forms to Embassey

Hey all, im a bit confused about what i have to send to the embassy in london.

I have got my case number etc.

If anyone has skype and are willing to spend 5 mins just confirming with me what i need, would appreciate it very much, my skype ID is gregglloyd

07-17-2009 I-129F sent

07-22-2009 NOA1 date

07-24-2009 check cleared

07-30-2009 NOA1 received via snail mail

10-14-2009 NOA2 (we were around #187 on Igor's List)

12-30-2009 Interview in Madrid!

02-01-2010 Visa in Hand - finally!

03-08-2010 POE Orlando, FL

Problem is that this is incorrect for a start

"At the same time, please complete and return the form DS-156 and DS-156K and DS-157. Note: Please do not sign the the DS-156 or DS-156K. The forms must be signed before a consular officer on the day of the visa interview."

It doesnt matter if you sign the DS156 and then post it in, also where it asks you to glue your picture, you dont have too.

Finally, some people are saying you have to send in 3 copies of each, some are saying 1 copy of each, and that came from the £1.20 phone service.
