Certainly not the parents that are well educated and can support children. After a couple of my kids to give me more grandkids, but too busy working and making lots of money to do that.

I was guardian of two, adopted two, had four the hard way, and now two step kids. Wife never had to work, the tenth one is starting her 3rd year in college. Paid their way through college and they always had medical and dental insurance I paid for.

But what really pisses me off is having to also pay for other people's kids, why aren't they working their asses off like I had to? Those are the people that should not have kids, but are having them quicker than I can pay for them. Damn property taxes skyrocketed again mainly due to school cost and buying insurance for kids that don't have it from their parents.

Not sure where you are trying to go with this. Some of those kids have no parents, others have parents that work their rear ends off and still are where they are... and then there are some that do have deadbeats for parents.
