They want to know your employment history for the 5-year period - if unemployed during any of that time - list it as 'unemployed' or 'student' - don't leave time-gaps.

Also where do i find the additional sheet? or do i just use a blank sheet?

Just a blank sheet - be sure to include the question # as a reference (so they'll know what question your reply is in regards to.

Thank you!

Between 2004 and 2007 i was in 4 different schools due to moving around with my dad being in the army..im guessing i have to put all the addresses of these to right?

Employment question is Nr. 4? They dont have numbers next to them so im not sure.

Where it says this form is submitted in connection with an application for: What one do i put if im applying for the CR-1?

Im sorry of im bugging with all these questions but i really dont want to get anything wrong.

As best you can, yes.

Employment question is Nr. 4? They dont have numbers next to them so im not sure.

Here is what I suggest for the supplemental sheet: (on blank sheet) "G-325A Supplemental Sheet [Name of Person] (then below) "Applicants Residence Last 5 years; continued" or "Applicant's Employment Last 5 years continued" (can use the same sheet to continue/supplement any questions from the G-325a; no need to have a single sheet for each response that requires more room).

Where it says this form is submitted in connection with an application for: What one do i put if im applying for the CR-1?

I believe it would be "Other" "I-130 petition"
