Looking at some of the Similar timelines on this site i see that many have gotten NOA2 in about 30 35 days. It has been almost 90 days now for me and i have not heard anything. Any thought on this?? I know i should relax and wait, am i worring for nothing at this point??

Thanks ALL

It depends on which office is working faster from one month to the next... not much you can do at this point other than wait and keep checking the online system or setup an email/text notification of approval. 3-6 months is more normal than 30ish days..

I agree with Scott. 30 days is the "best of times". According to the summary chart on the Processing Times page, the CSC is currently averaging about 118 days for an I-130, which is just under 4 months.

Check out the links to the timelines, there is alot of info there. We were 3 months almost to the day(K-1) (June to Sept). There is quite a disparity in service centers but they do shift things based on load too and remember statistics can be misleading. If you have not received any RFE it is likely that they are experiencing delays or lags. No harm in calling the USICS or NVC, I may have been lucky but I found them very helpful and cooperative when I called with a few questions (and believe me - I never expected to be saying that)!
