Hi Everyone!!! I am about to send my paperworks to Missouri, but I would like to make sure about Taxes Returns, Do i have to send the W2 forms? where it shows the salary and how many my husband made? because he was waiting for W2 form 2005.

And you don't need to wait for the 2005 forms - since they are not due (for filing) till April 15th. So, you can file with the 2002 throuh 2004 forms (maybe you just need the 2004 forms with the new rules.) You can then take the 2005 copies to the AOS interview. Good Luck

Note that the instructions for the I-864 say to provide "A copy of your complete Federal income tax return, as

filed with the Internal Revenue Service..."

Such a copy would include W-2 if W-2 was issued to the taxpayer.
