Alright let me clear this up easier. Sorry, I made a mistake on the first post. Let me clarify,

I, the petitioner, live with my wife and daughter. What affidavit form do we EACH need to fill?

2. For my neighbor, which affidavit form should he fill out?

Aside of the questions, about the I-864A (just in case if it applies to anyone of us) Where it says in part 2 I the sponsor promise and the household's promise. Does the sponsor have to fill out both of the promises?
