my sister does not live with me in the same household. So I guess she's going to have to fill out I864 right?

By the way, Do I have to fill out one myself for my wife

(the petitioner) too??

One more thing. Do I have to have seperate copies of the affidavits for my wife and step daughter seperately?

Yes, you have to fill out the 864

Yes, your sister fills out the 864

No, you just use one 864 and include both as dependents/household size

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!
