is k-2 follow to join issued conditional green card

kids are here now and have biometric date of 12/23/09 ,will the be issued a conditional green card like thier mother and if so can we include them in lifting of the conditions the same time as we file for my wife ,her green card will have expire approx. 13 months before thiers will

Ok, so you did AOS for kids - they will also get conditional cards.

No you can't include them on the mother's ROC -- since their green cards are outside of 3 months of their mother's you'll have to have separate I-751 for them done.

Timeline

The Removal of Conditions is based on the date of the permanent residency approval. Since you filed for the mother before the children, they will have different approval dates, which means they will have to file at different times.

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

As you stated kids Nope no dice they need to file their own Seperate I-751 EACH. My step kids got here about 6 months after their dad got his GC so in a few weeks ( should be now but we broke :lol: ) I will be filing 2 seprate applications one fro each.

4/14/10 Email approval for 13 yr Old CR 4/23/10

Oldest son now 21 I-130 filed by LPR dad ( as per NVC CSPA is applying here )
I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png
