...I need to know what do I have to study and what do I need to know about USA and english?? is there a book especialy made for us immigrant for this matter? I'm comfused about this citizenship interview.

did u have ur biometrics or finger prints taken? when is your interview?

1/12/08 - sent I-751 to TSC

2/7/08 - money order cashed

1/24/08 - Transferred to VERMONT

1/26/2008 - NOA

2/23/2008 -Biometrics

12/16/2008 finally Approved

N-400

12/03/08 Eligible to file N400

10/03/09 Mailed N-400

10/07/09 NOA

10/13/09 Check cashed

10/30/09 FP appointment

11/07/09 Case sent to Local office for interview

11/23/2009 Received interview letter with an as of date of 11/18/2009

12/15/2009 Interview scheduled ---Approved

01/06/2010 Oath Ceremony

My fingerprints will be taken on this December 21st...

No interview is set yet, but i'm assuming it will come soon after the biometrics.

N-400

November 2009....Apply for citizenship

Dec 21st 2009....Biometrics

Feb 16th 2010....Interview

April 2010....Citizenship!!

When you go to get your fingerprints they will give you a book and a CD to study...

just take the practice test couple of times andyou will be good to go...

If you typed this post, you won't have any problems with English, they did not give us neither the book nor CD at our biometrics, but since they made us drive another 450 miles for the 3rd set, I requested it for my wife. Took them awhile, but they found one. Don't be afraid to ask, says so right on your biometrics appointment. Also found a bunch of sites on the internet where they want a small fortune for the book and CD. Wondering where their source is, or are they just making copies.

Thanks Nick! I'll make sure to ask them for the study book at the biometrics! I paid $80 so I need something in return besides the fingerprints!
