Appeal Processing Times

We sent our Appeal at the end of August. We received letter from USCIS in September confirming receipt.

On Dec 2 our online status changed to say that our 129F and our Appeal were both forwarded to AAO.

We then received an email on December 2 indicating the forwarding of our documents. Yesterday we received

the two letters, via snail mail.

Now, while it is in Washington, DC going through the process - does anyone know if AAO can/will update our

online status? Is there any way we can call and track their progress?
