Hi everybody,

Can somebody enlighten me on this one? I've got a two appointment notice for biometrics. One dated 12/21 and the other 12/23. The instructions

there is the same on each notice. Bring necessary documents and appear on appointed time. Should i go to both of these appointed date or just

go to the earliest and show that i've recieved a two appointment sched.

Did someone also tried to walk-in in the San Jose field office and are they accepting walk-ins? The thing is I am out of the country at my appointed

scheduled time so i want to know if i can have my biometrics before my schedule.

Thanks for the help

I've never seen anyone refused for doing a early walkin. LOTS here on VJ have done so.

Bottomline it doesn't hurt to try.

Me! Lol! my ASC doesn't take walk ins neither does another from my filing month, and several others from the previous filing month to me... That being said I think we were all unlucky the majority of people on here have had no problem doing walk ins... I dunno on San Jose but I have heard of a few others in the bay area that have - San Francisco being one...

It's worth a shot - your chances are good especially if you bring proof with you that you will be out of the country.

Good Luck
