Hi! I'm a newbie here and I thank God there is a site like this where I can meet people whom I can ask for any future help with regards to my immigration petition.

I am just curious about how the medical check up will be done at St. Luke's. I need your tips guys on how to handle it, things to bring, and the preparation before the scheduled medical.

Do I need the vaccination card? Some say that its a requirement but unluckily, I lost my vaccination card. Do I have to have re-shots of hepa vaccines? And I wanna know what are the diseases which may force the US government to deny your entry to the USA?

Thank you and I will be waiting for your replies ♥

GOD is good ALL the time!

Check out the consulate website. There's usually a detailed list. You will need the basics, MMR, DPT, polio, Hep A, B, chicken pox.

Your requirements are determined by age and gender.

If you've lost your vaccination card then an antibody titer test can be done to conclusively prove immunization.
