He had his interview last week and he got his visa approved.

I was so happy that I traveled to celebrate with him.

But, he was celebrating with someone else. :(

Please help me to write a letter to withdraw my case.

"Please be advised that I, (MY NAME), have decided that my marriage will not take place within the 90 day period. I am requesting to withdraw K-1 Fiancé Visa for (HIS NAME) and my affidavit of support for case A000 000 000."

Obviously for the better. Especially catching it before you married. And do do a notarized letter withdrawing your support and petition.

Sounds like he may be the BIG loser in the long run.

I thought that once the visa has been issued, it can't be revoked? And then, if the beneficiary comes to the States, you just don't marry them? And if they stay in the states, they will then be under deportations orders? A lot a question marks, I know.

You are wrong. Notarized letter is NOT necessary.

Please cite your source(s). Common sense would suggest that, if it is even allowed, revoking an affidavit of support would require a notarized letter.

K1: 01/15/2009 (mailed I-129F) - 06/23/2009 (visa received)

AOS: 08/08/2009 (mailed I-485, I-765, & I-131) - 10/29/2009 (received GC)

It depends on the embassy, Guangzhou requires a notarized letter to withdraw support for a petition. However this visa has been issued so it is not an embassy issue, it goes back to USCIS. He can use the visa, he just will not be able to adjust status because he won't be able to marry the petitioner.
