you have a pending K-1 petition with USCIS and you're here in the US after having EWI(entered without inspection)? Why would you complicate your situation with such a risk?

Hi, ok I have this question...

Which is the procedure as an Inmigrant living in U.S.A. to get married with an American Citizen?

Is enough just go to the court and get married?

After that what's next? where to go? have someone have been in this situation?

Thanks for the next answers, the help and take the time to read this topic...

God bless!

Here you stated lving in the US and then changed thos once it was stated to you that if you entered without inspection you could basically forget about it. SO which one is it? If you are here in the US you need to get back to your home country or risk a possible lifeltie ban......................

 @ Minya

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
