Hello everyone, i hope someone helps me with this. Well, my wife doesnt know english, so, can i fill out her G325A forms for her, by hand instead by computer, then let her sighn her signature and date? Another question, about half of the peruvians dont sighn there names on documents, instead they have there personal signature, i know it sounds strange, but true. Well, it happens to be that my wife did not sighn her name on the G325A documents, instead she sighned her other personal signature, she tells me that when she ever has to sighn any papers she does not sighn with her name, instead she sighnes with her personal signature. She never sighned her name before. Would that be a problem with the G325A forms?

She doesn't need to print her name, she can use her own signature. Where did you see that she had to write her full name on the form?

Also, you don't need to fill out the form by hand, it can be done by the computer.

I filled out the form by computer then printed it and the emaild it to my wife. She then signed it and snail mailed it back to me I would suggest that she use her name when she signs . I have never heard of that and my wife is from peru but then things are different in many places over there. ( lots of different cultures). I just think to avoid future problems that it would be best. now that I think about it she should use what ever she put on her passport that is what they check

If it is a norm of the culture it probably wont be questioned. I do know that my wife uses a fancy form for her signiture because she says she doesnt want any one copying it. That must be a problem over there.
