Hello Everyone,

My husband submitted the I-130 for both his parents. We received the I-797C, Notice of Action date November 5, 2009. I read somewhere on here, that we can have USCIS send everything to us here in the States via email, but how do we go about doing that?

All your suggestions/help are greatly appreciated!

The USCIS will send everything to the petitioner (your husband)... when the petition is approved and the case file goes to NVC your husbands parents can submit a DS-3032 designating your husband as "agent of choice"... you are a ways away from that stage now however

Call the NVC to find if NVC case numbers are assigned to your parents. If so, you can register your email with the NVC.

Considering they submitted the petition to the USCIS a little more than a month ago they are not yet approved and at NVC... so calling NVC will be pointless, for the moment at least

YMMV
