Then you probably meant to post this in the K3 forum....

So you're married to a US Citizen and have entered the country legally using your K3 Visa....

Your next step would be to file to adjust status and your USC spouse needs to supply an Affadavit of Support (I-864), for which there is no filing fee.

Not sure I interpreted your question correctly... you didn't provide much information.

Yes, but adjustment of status has its own fees.

That depends - are you planning to adjust status or to apply for an immigrant visa?

You've posted in the adjustment forum, so unless you made a mistake posting (some people do) you probably want to inform the NVC that you are adjusting status and will not apply for an immigrant visa.

Have you received a DS-3032 yet?
