Hi every one,

My Fiancée is coming to the US very soon, I know I have to wait about 2 weeks and then take her to the SSN office to apply for SSN and then get married as our state require the SSN to issue marriage license.

Now my question is, when should she change her last name? after filling for AOS or before that?

If is after getting married and before AOS, what last name should she use in the AOS application and other forms?

If she wants to change her last name to yours after marriage, then that's when she needs to do it, not before. The way to change it is simply by filling out every single document with her new name after the marriage has taken place. It's as simple as that.
