She exists. I have no trouble finding her and she signed in this morning.

I agree she exists, but after putting her name in the search box it shows general areas where her posts MAY appear

but I was unable to find them.

If you have the link to her profile then her posts can be searched there.

Usually if I put a member's name in the search function the profile link is at the top, but not with hers.

She may have changed her name as every member has a "display name history" so I don't know

what her current name may be. You may have accurately rememberd a former display name.

Thanks

If you do a member search, you can find her: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showuser=23032

Here is the most applicable thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...c=28085&hl=

It doesn't say how she managed to get around the difficulties, but I know they were successful.

Thank u to all of u for your answeres.... but to be honest, now I feel worse than I was yesterday... I´m the oldest sister of 7, I´ve never been married before cause I have been taking care of my family.. always.. since I was 18.. all my life dedicated to see over them. I never wanted to get married until I found the right person, Im 34 by the way (my husband too) I always prayed God to bless me with a good husband, and HE really blessed me with the man of my dreams.. in ALL senses.. but I didnt chooce his nationality... he could be chinese or african or european, but.. he is american.... I know it doesnt look well I dont have a resident card here... I,m trying to find answers... but all I get is.. to get more depressed .... I have no life since some time ago when I start thinking about it, since I got denied... I really DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! I just wonder why life is not fair sometimes...

I´ve never been arrested in my life, NEVER.... just wondering why laws r so ...cruel.. sometimes..

Love my husband with all my heart... finally.. at the end.. everything is in God´s hands...

Thank u again to all of u...

An immigrant visa will not be issued if a Spanish PCC is not provided to NVC/US consulate at the time of interview. There really is no way out of this unless they have a change of heart in your case.

And breaking another country's immigration laws does not bode well for her or her "character," if questions come up during the interview, assuming you do get that far.

If the Spanish immigration laws changed and she was denied the visa, she should have followed the new laws and left for Bolivia. Which she did not.

I second the lawyer opinion.

Thank u for your answer, but here in Spain, when I got my resident card denied, they also told me I can apply again..and Idid!! but it can take many months to be aproved! and my husband doesnt want me to wait anymore!! I dont want either!! maybe u r right.. I should wait here.. but .... tell your love to wait for u who knows how long time again??

to be honest I want to wait here.. but ... he doesnt want....Im so lost!!

IIRC there is a user, chris4336, whose fiance was able to get a visa through the consulate in Spain while living illegally there. I would contact her or do a search of her posts.

If this is the only hope I don't see much of anything else.

I plugged in "chris4336" into VJ search and it came up empty, nada, zippo.

I think your husband should start looking for work in Bolivia.

That is one of the .. hardest words I´ve heard in my life... U should thank God EVERY DAY u didnt have to get this situation, u have no idea how I feel, Life is not fair to everyone, but one day u r up, next day u r down. I leave all this in God´s hands.. HE only knows Im a good woman and I deserve to be happy.. with my husband.. I´ve waited for him all my life!! lucky u... u r happy now...

karina -- don't get snappy at people who are not to blame for the circumstance. There is a high likelihood that you and hubby will have to relocate to Bolivia. Let's hope you can solve the issue; but be prepared for it not happening. We don't wish you ill at all; but the reality is you should have left Spain the moment you were denied the residence card. Not doing so has put you in this quite precarious position. Not our fault.

As I said before, when u get denied here, u can apply again, and again, and again until u get it! right now I am waiting for my second answer, this is not USA, I can get my resident card but is gonna take me I dont know how long time! I dont blame anyone! of course no! but NVC told us to send an explanation letter and we did! I just want to know if someone has been in this situation and what happened to him or her! that is it!

thank u for your answer...

Chica Yeye ... I am continually amazed at the posts you put up. Where people are looking for hope ~ you are telling them things like "be prepared for it not happening" and "you should have left Spain the moment you were denied the residence card." I'm not saying anyone should give false hope ~ but there is a way to say something with tact and compassion ~ you don't use either. I don't hardly ever post on VJ because of people like you. You seem to have an answer for everything and you don't seem to have any compunction in the way you deliver your message. I don't know Karina and her husband ~ but it seems as if you are trying to scare her and make her feel worse than she already does. Maybe you ought to step back once in awhile and ask yourself, "am I going to help this situation at all?" BEFORE you post. Just a thought.

Karina, I wish you and your husband the best of luck in this journey. Is always hard to be seperated from your love for any length of time ~ especially when you're not sure when the seperation will end.

Unfortunately, that's all you can do. Some of our members here who have not not overstayed visas or have gotten in trouble with the law have been waiting for years to be with their loved one. Hopefully your relationship can stand this test of patience and waiting. Immigration is a benefit in the U.S., not a right.

Thank u a lot.. nobody knows nobody´s life, I know where is my position is right now. My husband is very positive, I am too, but sometimes this is stronger than me.. and I just... feel so down.. more than down... I know we must follow human laws... but now all I can do is....1: wait to get my resident card here, which is gonna take me long time, and I know my husband doesnt want to wait... and 2: left this in our Lord hands.... what else can I do? cant stop crying... first time I feel I found the perfect guy.. and it happens to me. dont know how long time it is gonna take for us to be together...but I will wait.. no matter what. Never met someone like him before.. he worths it...

 Just a thought back. My responses are based on the worst possible scenario. Why? Because I care. and I don't want to see families separated any longer than they already are. Whatever you think of my style is none of my business and why you don't post on VJ is none of my concern. If you want unicorns and rainbows, I am definitely not your gal. If you need a quick response, with facts, pointing you in the right direction; then I am.

I am trying to tell Karina what it looks like for her now, and she knows it. Is the panorama ugly as hell? You bet. I hope she can overcome this in the most efficient, expedient, and legal manner. For hugs and kisses, dial 1.
