has anyone had any experience with this and knows what I need to do (if anything)?

Because I'm disabled, I'll be accompanied by my stepfather on the day of interview. When I sent in my checklist, I included a cover letter explaining this. When I got my p4, my letter also said I should contact the embassy if I was bringing a carer with me.

I'm pretty certain it's just a standard letter, so they might have already put my step father's name on the list. But I wasn't going to take it to chance. I wrote them another letter, again stating that my stepfather would be coming with me because I needed help due to my disability. I haven't heard anything back from then since then, so I'm assuming it's okay...

So, I guess if you're concerned, you could either write or phone them and mention it. Although you've done so already in your checklist, it can't hurt to do so again if you're worried.

Aaaaahhh the waiting is killing me! Craig is at his interview now, haven't heard from him yet. Don't think I slept even a wink last night. It's amazing he even made it to his interview with all this crazy weather.. Crossing my fingers, I'll let everyone know asap how the interview went.

Fingers crossed for you but I'm sure you both don't need it :)

hello every one

I recieved my package 4 today, it says if any body coming with u like your fiance you have to send them your fiances full name so they can get access to come in to the embassy.

Has anybody else done done the same? Im unsure how im ment to send his name?

Should i send it back on a copy of the package 4 letter?

November 2007: Michael Messaged Leanne on Facebook!

January 2009: Michael & Leanne got engaged!

May 26, 2009: Filed I-129F!

November 20, 2009: Leanne's medical in London (she never received packet 3)

Februay 4, 2010: Michael attended interview with Leanne... APPROVED!!!!!!!!

Februay 12, 2010: Leanne received her visa in the mail :)

April 9, 2010: P.O.E.

April 14, 2010: Wedding on the sand at Salt Creek Beach in Dana Point, CA t4527.gif

July 06, 2010: Mailed AOS package

July 08, 2010: Received in Chicago

July 15, 2010: Received text & email that app. was received

July 17, 2010: Received NOA1 dated 7-14-10, our 3-month wedding anniversary :)

August 2, 2010: Biometrics appointment

August 11, 2010: Notice of Interview date

August 26, 2010: Touches on I-131 & I-765, production of EAD card ordered

August 31, 2010: I-131 Travel Doc. approved, EAD production ordered(again)

September 04, 2010: Received EAD card & AP Documents in the mail!(both dated 8/26)

September 20, 2010: AOS Interview- APPROVED

July 27, 2012: Filed for Removal of Conditions

July 30, 2012: NOA date

August 31, 2012: Biometrics appointment. March 12, 2013: APPROVED :)

Hey guys, congrats to all those approved :) Bethany has been here with me over christmas and new year which has been wonderful. Weather permitting she flies back on Saturday, but we phoned the DOS today and I have an interview date! Very excited for this process to finally rech it's end (until AOS of course!). Anyway, put me down for 25 January. It's at 8:30 so an early start for me!

Andrew + Bethany, we have been together over christmas too but had to say goodbye last Sunday :crying: Congratulations on your interview date its the same as mine!

The wheels are all in motion for our interview. I've just booked my coach fare from Birmingham (£7 for a return ticket - bargain) and also booked my hotel (complimentary at The Churchill Hyatt in Marble Arch) as I work for the company. Whooo hoooo! I didnt know there would be availability but turns out there is - BRILLIANT! :dance: Shame my sweetheart wont be here with me :blink:
