Im Palestinain holding Egyptian travel document issued by the Egyptian Authority i live in Egypt and i never been in Palestine Because we are not allowed to .. i want to ask about the Police Certificate and Court Certificate .. Do i need to bring Them from Palestine or From The Country of my Whole Life Residence as I dnt Thing Palestine have Record about me Ever....

Cr1 ( DCF ) Timeline:

Country of Beneficiary : Palestine

Country of Residence : Egypt

Consulate : Egypt

12-Jan-2010: I-130 Filed

12-Jan-2010: I-130 Approved

21-Jan-2010: Packet 3 received

23-Jan-2010: Medical Done

27-Jan-2010: Medical Sent

08-Feb-2010: Packet 4 received

07-Mar-2010: Interview date

10-Mar-2010: Visa issued!

15-Mar-2010: Visa in hand!!! Al Hamdo Lellah

I believe that you are supposed to obtain a police certificate/ record for any address/country/place that you lived in for more than 6 months. If you NEVER lived in any Palestinian territory than I do not think they will request a police certificate ( as you said they won't have one for you)

However you could email or phone the embassy where you will interview, explain your situation to them and get a direct answer on their requirements.

Really thnx alot... that what i thought too ... but the stupid guy who works in da embasy told me u have to go to ur embasy " palestine " and chek with them ... i think he get it wrong or he jst wanted to hung up da phone ...
