Im Palestinain holding Egyptian travel document issued by the Egyptian Authority i live in Egypt and i never been in Palestine Because we are not allowed to .. i want to ask about the Police Certificate and Court Certificate .. Do i need to bring Them from Palestine or From The Country of my Whole Life Residence as I dnt Thing Palestine have Record about me Ever....

If you've never ever been to Palestine, then you don't need a police certificate (or Certificate of Good Conduct, as they are called by the P.A.). Most consulates only require a police certificate from any country where you've lived for more than 1 year since you were 16 years old.

In the event you think you might need a certificate from the P.A., then go to this page:

Scroll down to "Police Certificates", and then to the subheading "The Palestinian Authority (Gaza And West Bank)". You would need to hire an agent in the West Bank or Gaza to obtain the certificate for you.

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

If you never lived in Palestine after age 16, then you do NOT need a police certificate from the palestinian authority. Get one from the eygptian police and you should be fine.

You have no legal status in Palestine and the USCIS would not try to enforce that by making you get a police record from there I believe.

It's only from where you have actually lived for more than 6 months (not sure if 3 or 6 - you have to check the duration).

I think you need to get everything from Egypt. You can maybe also have a document that shows you have been living in Egypt all these years... High school diploma/ college degree or something that supports your residence.

Man - we are scattered all over the world and we don't hold a citizenship, only residency. I feel your pain! How do you explain that to people? I am not sure.

by the way, what does your Egyptian travel document say for your nationality?

i think u r palestinian too can u send me PM telln me How u went there i mean steps and which visa u took...inshallah soon i`l file I-130 then CR1 visa if got approved...
