Actually, you dont really need the instruction, just read them carefully before you type it!! When I did DS 230, I read it carefully..take step by step, Anyway, sorry I couldn't find the instruction for you..I saw only 4 pages of DS 230 form on DOS website.

I found sample from this website..might help you though

http://www.***removed***/forms/ds-230-sampl...application.pdf

Remember:::: you sign only part 1 only...not the part 2...that's important!!..

good luck!

The instruction is on top of the form itself. The questions are self explanatory so you can easily fill this out.

You can NOT save the filled forms as this some kind of protection over the form. Make sure of the information first before printing & closing the form to avoid retyping everything in case some corrections are found.

Here is an example of a filled DS-230. Click here

Hope it helps.

Petitioner does not sign the form as they(you) are not applying for the visa.

Take a look at the example form here on VJ. That ought to help you complete the form properly. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-DS-230.pdf

She (beneficiary) must sign the form and not you (petitioner). It is better if she will fill up the form by herself and send it to you after signing (first part only) it for you to save time.

You should also include your birth certificate.

You will send DS-230 along with the attachments to NVC. Mailing address can be found at the barcoded coversheet from your IV Fee payment.
