Probably depends on which providers cover your area? I use Time Warner Cable for TV, Internet and phone and am happy with the prices, services and internet speed. They offer bundles that lower costs so check them out. Tell them I sent you, they might give me a commission ;-)

in Tucson, Cox offers a "cable" telephone service along with TV and internet...

Comcast doesn't.

So...it depends on your area!

In most places you'll probably be limited to one cable internet provider and two DSL providers, if you're lucky, so it's not much use asking us for our opinions 'til you know what options you have.

I have Vonage VoIP for phone and absolutely love it. Haven't had a phone bill over $25 in two and a half years.
