Kimmy, the thing is, didn't you do the same thing? You didn't really come out and say what you are wanting to say. Didn't you dance around the subject?

You know what I did. Even though I didn't tell you what I said, I told you that I did say something privately. Cause I think that's the way to handle what I was feeling. It's done and over. I don't see the point in being negative in public sometimes.

And, as far as someone said on here about Ell's being part of the issues at hand. I've been there. I've been exactly where she is. She is frustrated and she's angry. It's not that she doesn't like the man. Hell, she barely knows the man. It's so new still. Hubby and then all of a sudden father appears. She's angry that he didn't take an interest in his son before. She's hearing second hand information sometimes. And the time and energy put into the LDR....you get him here and you want him all to yourself for a while. It takes time to adjust. Lots and lots of time. This wrinkle in the plan is a hassle and it's being sorted through. Just cause she vents......and vents in what I am calling typical Ell's style.....doesn't mean she's acting that venting out. Nor, is it the end all my way or no way. It's VENTING. If you haven't been there yet, you will be. There will be someone that will annoy you in this visa journey. Some family member. Some friend. I've heard it over and over and over again. You work it out. It just takes time. For God's sake, let her vent. People on this very thread may be the only people that will ever understand what she's going through.

Ells, honey.....I understand. Really I have been there and I understand. Deep breaths, girlie. It will all calm down eventually. Look for amicable solutions. Give a little....sometimes a lot. And, stand your ground when you need to. Most importantly, communicate with your hubby. Talk it all out, my friend.

02-13-2010: NOA2 hard copy received

NVC JOURNEY

02-12-2010: NVC Case # assigned

02-15-2010: email address given to NVC operator

02-22-2010: AOS/DS3032 email received by NVC

02-22-2010: AOS $70 bill paid

02-22-2010: DS3032 Hardcopy Fedx

02-23-2010: DS3032 received signed for by K.STLAURENT

03-04-2010: DS3032 accepted and system updated

03-04-2010: paid IV bill

took a long time to send in ppwk due to husband's birth certificate delay :(

got birth certificate FINALLY!!!

didn't keep good records...sent in the ppwk and got a RFE for copy of passport

06-24-2010: NVC received the form I forgot to send ...oops

08-02-2010: still waiting on a case complete.....ughhhhh

08-10-2010: 2nd RFE for an updated police record-although the one we have was dated 4 months ago......ughhhhhhh

09-01-2010: NVC received checklist letter with a new police report..

09-23-2010: case complete FINALLY

11-12-2010: Interview-blue slip, need of a co-sponsor & petitioner at interview

JG... really uneventful weekend. I did go out Friday night with my best friend and sis-in-law...

We have a club here on fridays they play all 80's music. Its fun.

I am trying to decide what to do on Christmas day. I was thinking maybe it would be fun to go to the movies. It will be me, Louis, Tierra and my mom.

What do you all do on Christmas day?

LOL @ Ancient that's what I said. Nothing really exciting but Hubby and I shopped till we dropped and that's always fun!

Ok mi gawn have to get to the bowling party on time I don't want to miss out on the food LOL I can't wait I don't want to think about another veggie for another 12 hours!
