Damn Im chatty today :blink::rofl: I need a drink :yes:

I will be starting drinking at 3 pm today - which should make writing my paper tonight very interesting :whistle:

How fast can you get on a plane? I can leave here at 3..................

Looks like I won't be drinking till late tomorrow or Saturday. Waaaaahhhhhhhhh.....I want a drink.

JG - I stir fry kale in olive oil, onions, garlic, and a little bit of veggie broth for flavor. Kale can be tough so I boiled it first. Not sure how Damien and my daughter made it last night.

Sus - aren't you proud of me?? My cooking skills are getting better.

ALL you had to say was onions and garlic. I will eat pretty much anything in onions and garlic!

Hey Everyone,

I have been trying to catch up and every time I start something else comes up. Anyway, I just got the call from my honey and he was APPROVED today. Now we just have to wait on DHL and we will be together shortly.

Maybe if you mix collards and kale it will taste better. I clean em, put them in a pot with a little water, vinegar, sugar, onions, garlic, smoked neck bones or turkey necks for flavor and soul seasoning!!! Bon appetite! You can also put some seeded peppers for a lil spiciness!

That is what I always do wrong I always add to much water!!!

My family loves when I make greens, I put onions, garlic, smoked turkey, and beer in them - Or if I want to cheat, I buy Sylvias - they have her products in many grocery stores - so good, and do not taste like they are canned!

Sus, I like your story about how you helped your friend's daughter....you're awesome!

Yeah last year the craft was making Reindeers and it ended up being hot chocolate with chocolate chips and marshmallows inside. It was so neat but it didn’t last long the kids just had to go home and make the hot chocolate. I was able to hold them off for a few days but not much longer after that.

YUM! I'd have a hard time waiting to get into that too! :yes:

That's nice C -- we got our bands in Jamaica simple bands no expensive at all.

We are getting simple ones too. we will upgrade when we do our vow renewal in Dec. 2010

You know, I thought I'd want to upgrade eventually too, but I've figured out that I'm REALLY rough on rings. Both of our bands are really scuffed up & I'm not even sure how mine gets that way. I just do a lot with my hands apparently. Both of us hardly ever wear our rings (& we're both okay with that in case anyone's wondering) except for maybe special occasions & even with the little wear they've had in 4 months, they are not anything close to the shiny they were when we first got them. Anyway, long story short, I don't think I want an upgrade now cause I don't think I could keep it nice.

I'd hate to scuff up something even nicer.

I like kale but not feeling greens today. My daughter is a vegetarian and Damien is a health nut so I have to be careful with some ingredients. Plus I'm new to this :unsure: I want to try collards next.

So how is the commute going?

Well I am not commuting all the way to VA Beach as of yet. But I am commuting to Emporia, VA a closer drive but, still an hour, but closer. We are having an inspection all this week at our detachment and I have to be here. For what reason, I don't know. As you can see. I am in my office on VJ. LOL!!! But I start the commute on next Tuesday. Man-o-Man...

So how are you feeling today is the DAY!!!!

Well I feel the same as any other day right now. LETS CRACK OPEN A BOTTLE!!!! His plane doesn't arrive til 905pm so I will be nervous :wacko: by on the drive up. But got my flask and my Zune. I will make it through. Eric is excited and nervous. I think is his anyway. He was asking all kinds of questions on the phone the other night. I didn't have an answer for him to save my life. But he will be just fine. Can't wait.

So glad that you picked your man up. Can't wait to come up and visit you guys!!!
