LOL Hey Sheka ((((( waving))))

Hi Yardies,

hello to everyone, I am still in JA, Danny and I picked up his visa today, we will be home on the 15th, will let you know when we set wedding date. Good Luck to everyone with upcoming interview.

Congrats Jo and Danny bring that man home and don't be a stranger on the thread!

That's precious. We have some JA flags... I may put one in the car to see if it generates feedback.

I have a JA plate on the front and Haiti flag on the mirror and frame on the rear plate so people are confused LOL

Oh my gosh.. I just remebered a funny story. Yesterday Louis and I went to the PO. We were at a light and the car next to us beeped their horn. So we look over and the driver has a big cheesy grin and starts holding up all his reggae CDS! LOL. He was all "thumbs up"...

Louis is like #######?? Our licsence plate says "RSTAFRI" ... the guy got all happy about it guess! hahah

At first I was like why they blowing at me...(I do have road rage  ) and one of my co-workers who is Jamaican told me girl you are Jamerican now...they see the flags, you representing! I was like oooh okay!!!

Maybe he wants to see a "movie" and I have a ja flag in the back window...

Nat what comes after the AOS, a biometric appointment? And if so are you going to go on the appointed date or try to do a walk-in? I was reading a post from the philadelphia, pa area and no one answered if you can just walk in or not. Im curious

Depending on what city/state you live in, you might want to think about that. We had a flag sticker on our back bumper and never had an issue in St. Louis. But, someone on here.......was it Sunny?......Not sure; but someone.....had some issues with hubby being pulled over by the police several times. They thought it had to do with the flag on the car.

The biometric appointment comes before you are adjusted. It's required.

If you mean after the NOA on the AOS, then, yes, you should get a biometric notice with a date on it shortly after. I think Dillon did go early, here in St. Louis. Not sure if that works everywhere.

Thank you! I talked to my sweetie this morning and he so crunk. He ready to see his Shawty, I got him trying to learn this southern slang. Poe thang, he better stick to J'can patois!

LOL my Hubby is always trying to speak Ebonics and he sounds all kids of crazy.

Philly I think its our sons "Philly - I need to act gansta(hard azz)mentality" sometimes. Why can't our children see that our hubbies make us happy, we will be more happy with our children in return. We will have balance.... We as mothers already realize how we have to spread ourselves with not just them but with people we work with, friends and other extended family members. Things would flow so much smoother.

My ol iggnant azz children was like "Mom since Steve is here you are acting a lot calmer, he should have came a long time ago! "

Girl tell me about it. I need to stick this on my FRIDGE!!!!!

I got my 3 email messages & 3 text messages from USCIS acknowledging receipt of our cases.

I never ever ever got a text or email message from them! had me calling and checking the site everyday like a stalker!

There's some new(ish) form you attach to the front of your application with your email address & phone number. I think it just came out a few months ago.

The email messaged were on my application and you could add it online as well. I never had the option for the text messages I don't recall. Anyhoo they never sent me #######, I get a twitch thinking about the USCIS. I'm so glad I dont' have to deal with them for another 2 years when we remove conditions. :star:

Mstee.....the biometrics notice says come on this day at this time to this place (local federal building?) for biometrics....bring this notice and ID. If you can't make it that day, you can come every wednesday after that at this time through some expiration date.

Like I said, Dillon did go early here, I think. But, I am really not sure if you can just pop in at other places. I was kind of surprised they did Mikel's early here.
