We went bowling tonight (Steven's first time) at Dave & Buster's. I used my 9000+ tickets to get a crockpot (for 4500). Then, on the way out, we passed the Gene machine so we decided to see another potential way our child will look:

Nat I saw the Crockpot at D&B but I did not have enough tickets so I got a blender instead.....

Yardies... I called a Civil Surgeon about Garfields I-693 and I was told that it will be $80 for the MMR & $50 to fill out the paper. Is this a fair price?

Doesnt sound too bad to me, but I never had to use one. When I thought I did I was getting prices of $400 and thought that was crazy!

Glad I never needed it...

LadyC, that's cheaper than we paid. We paid $150 for the full exam including TB skin test. But I know we could've had it done for cheaper if we were willing to 1) drive farther away and 2) wait for an hour or two.

But I much rather go around the corner to the doctor's house, and be the only ones there, than drive farther away AND give up hours of my time on a workday.

Yeah. Some guy from another city in Texas sent me a PM on here asking how I found someone to do it for $150. He said where he is, the quotes were between $350 and $450. I don't know what he expected me to say/do.
